To ensure confidentiality, we only release results to the patient, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

If you would like to get your test results via text message then please call the Practice or advise us on your online form – we can only text results to named Patients using the mobile number you have consented to, for the use of SMS. We can only send one test result via text – complex or multiple results are not available. We will need to complete security checks in person before we can send results to you via text. You will need to provide photo ID in person and sign a form.
